This Flash movie pays tribute to some of the older titles in the Final Fantasy series because it uses traditional classes like knights, black wizards, and white wizards. Most likely, this movie is based on Final Fantasy V and back. What I really like about this movie is that it is completely in Japanese with English substitles. This is just like watching anime and it is great sinces it pays tribute to how Japan is the home of the world’s best RPGs. Without Squaresoft/Square-Enix, Final Fantasy would have never been the phenomeon it is and noone would have even known what an RPG is. This movie has all the classic Final Fantasy icons: chocobos, moogles, even Bahamut. The movie really show cases everyones personality. The fighter tends to be a bit foolhardy and rushes into thing. The black mage is the thinker and see through the fighter’s intentions. The white mage is caring and always looks out for his friends. Again, a really great Flash movie that pays tribute to the best RPG ever created, Final Fantasy.
